In honor of Cinco de Mayo, The Empire had an expertly penned, truly entertaining, moderately culturally insesitive rant about Mexico's recent decriminalization of all illicit drugs but thanks to the Nascar-fast U-turn by President Vincente Fox that two pages of comedic glory is completely worthless.
